Project

My master thesis is about biophysical modelling and metastability emergence. Additionally, I have participated in neuromodulation research projects, generative modelling of brain activity with Hidden semi-Markov models (HsMM), and pupila dilation EEG alpha band phase synchrony during bistable perception. During my BSc. Biochemstry I developed my thesis in relation to brain activity EEG data studying brain states modulation under the effects of dopaminergic agonists and antagonists.
